Sharing a brilliant visual about how narcissistic relationships work.

In my work with clients it is essential that part of the work is psychoeducational. Trying to understand why a narcissist behaves the way they do from your own frame of reference (i.e what would I do in that situation) keeps people stuck (and stuck in rumination).

To let it go, first understanding is needed.

Along with emotional processing and working to regulate the body.
