What another amazing day at the sauna!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such fun! 🤩

We had a great time hosting a Hen Party and enjoyed a few mini rituals with some snow, fans and birch whisking! Hope you had a great time cocktail making and congratulations! 🥂💍

We have 2 new hair flickers! Laura and Jamie brought the sunshine and the flair! 👏

The sauna is open again tomorrow and we have a few spaces left.

When the weather is windy raining and not much fun being outdoors, we think there's nothing better than to enjoy a scorching hot sauna and a swim in the lake!

Who agrees with us?

We have some availability for the Friday Night Social Sauna 6pm & 7pm.

We have availability for Saturday and we have added some extra times up until 4pm

Also still some availability for Sunday although it is starting to fill up pretty quick!

Introducing our new Qigong Tai Chi + Sauna & Swim sessions.

We have the pleasure of working with Andy Yeadon www.andrewyeadon.co.uk of Barnard Castle Tai Chi Qigong

Join Andy Yeadon, Qigong instructor, in a pre sauna experience of this fascinating ancient art of breathing, moving and meditation to help improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

The first sessions will run on Thursday 9th July starting at 6:40pm and 7:40pm.
