The Art of Teaching Private Yoga is a 40-hour accredited CPD created for yoga teachers who want to deepen their teaching and confidently work one-to-one.
Private teaching asks us to observe more closely, adapt with greater intention and develop the communication skills needed to work with each student as an individual.
The training combines practical teaching tools, case studies, class planning, peer teaching and real-world experience. We will also explore the professional side of private yoga: building client relationships, pricing your work and creating a sustainable private practice.

What if teaching private yoga wasn't simply another way of teaching… but a different way of being a yoga teacher?
My teacher training gave me a strong foundation and opened the door to this incredible journey.
But stepping into private teaching revealed a whole new layer of the practice.
Teaching one-to-one invites us to go deeper:
How do we truly listen?
How do we adapt a practice to the person in front of us?
How do we create a meaningful and supportive relationship with each student?
Private yoga has become the heart of my teaching journey. It has taught me to observe more deeply, listen more carefully, and meet each student exactly where they are.
Over the years, I have learned through experience, through my students, and through adapting to countless different needs and personalities.
That is why I created:
