IMPORTANT –

This is your reminder that we will be turning off the mobile SMS reminders as these don’t allow us to give you all the information needed, as from the 1st July we will only send email notifications. You will receive an email upon booking an appointment – to confirm the date, time, treatment and any other information including the door code and how to rearrange or cancel within the terms and conditions, we will ask you to confirm that you are attending your appointment by clicking ‘confirm’. please note by not confirming your appointment this doesn't mean you have cancelled it, you must cancel the appointment if you are not attending.
Please make sure your have saved the email [email protected] to your favourites (so the emails don’t go in your junk)
If you need to get in contact urgently you are advised to message us on our socials, leave a message on our answerphone or reply to the email.
You will also receive an email 48 hours as another reminder (if the time frame allows it). Please make sure you put your appointments into your chosen organiser/diary management system with reminders as our cancelation policy will remain in place which you can refer to at any time.

Hi everyone..... what a week!

Our old website and booking platform have now merged together so you have all the information in one place. The box top right is a drop down menu to book appointments, purchase gift cards, info about our staff, our products our suppliers, reviews and links to shop. There's much more to come but for now please read the latest news and have a quick look round the new pages so you know where everything is.
