Hi guys n girls. Welcome to walk out out. I'm aiming at bringing together people. Who suffer from mental health issues anxiety etc. Where upon we all can meet publicly in parks. On a beach etc. Walk . Chat or just sit have a cuppa . speak out don't suffer in silence. please note we only have certain rules. Politics left at the gate.. there will be no discrimination on creed colour. Race or beliefs there is far to much stigma around mental health it's time it stopped. Everyone involved. In walk out out. Is in the same boat as you. We are not professionals but a duty of care has to be upheld strictly no drinking of alcohol or taking of drugs will be tolerated you will be asked to leave. As there maybe. Recovering members. Involved so again here for everyone. Please share. The page legs get this going. Thank you. All big love ❤️
