Over the last couple of weeks, our wonderful Health & Happiness Hub members got their creative juices flowing, producing colourful works of art with the support of a local artist 🎨

If you live in the North East area, come along to a hub near you to enjoy a variety of activities, or just for a cuppa and a chat.

We’re looking to recruit new volunteers to support our Health and Happiness Hubs.🤝

As a Connect Together Volunteer, you’ll work closely with the Social Inclusion Worker to help the Hubs run smoothly and ensure participants feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported to achieve their goals. All volunteers will receive an induction and expert training!☺️

This is the perfect opportunity to get involved in our new Volunteer Reward Scheme - collect a stamp each time you volunteer to receive rewards!🎉

Jeff from our My Green Space project recently visited one of our wonderful service users. Together, they brightened up a cosy corner of his garden where he can now sit, relax, and enjoy his pond in peace. 🪷✨

To make caring for his lovely garden even easier, Jeff also installed a water butt and water harvesting system - so he has easy, eco-friendly access to water whenever he needs it! 🌧️💧

It’s amazing what a little teamwork and green space can do for the mind.💚

Want to get involved?
Our Community Development Worker, Jeff, will visit your garden, offer personalised advice, and deliver FREE resources to get you started… seeds, planters, bird feeders, and composting kits!
