Total Body Walking is coming to the borough!

We're excited to introduce Total Body Walking, a fun and effective way to get more from every step.🚶‍➡️

Using walking poles engages your upper body as well as your legs, helps improve walking rhythm, activate more muscles and support your joints.

Free walks will be taking place across the borough, led by a qualified walk leader! There's a limited number of poles available to use, you can bring your own, or you can walk without them.
