An evening to slow down, learn, and reset. This 90-minute session includes a themed talk on journaling and how it helps process stress, a journal to keep and bring back each month, refreshments, and a guided relaxation to close the evening.

A monthly evening of calm, with Breathe by Kerry

Life doesn't often give us the space to just stop. The Breathe Circle is a monthly 90-minute evening designed to do exactly that — a chance to switch off, learn something useful, and leave feeling lighter.

Each session includes:
🌿 A themed talk — practical, easy-to-understand insight into how our minds and bodies respond to stress
📓 A journal to keep, that you'll bring back to each session
🕯️ A guided relaxation to close the evening, helping you unwind and carry the session's takeaway with you
☕ Refreshments and a warm, small-group setting

This isn't a one-off — come each month and build on what you've learnt, or dip in whenever a theme speaks to you.

Introducing: The Breathe Circle

Once a month, I’ll be hosting a small, relaxed evening at VYBE Studio — each with a different theme (journaling, sleep, stress, reflection), a bit of learning, and a guided relaxation to close.

I’m a trained coach and hypnotherapist — but just as importantly, I’ve lived through my own struggles with stress and anxiety. What I’ll be sharing isn’t just theory; it’s a mix of what’s genuinely helped me, backed by the science behind why it works.

We’re starting with four evenings through to December — if you love them as much as I hope you will, I’ll keep them going into the new year with new themes (vision boards for January?), shaped around the time of year and what you tell me you want more of.
