Our monthly chill session is happening next Sunday x🌟

This is a session to embody deep peace and rest.
Through meditation and mantra we still the mind, open the heart and come to a place of trust.
Through a series of standing kriyas( breath practices) we cleanse and clear energy blockages. We are then ready to be guided into a deep meditative state of Yoga Nidra and sound, where we rebalance the nervous system and open the chakras x
