It was a MEGA hot one at weigh-in last night 🥵 but I am absolutely chuffed with my result! 🎉
Now the mission is to get my 1½ stone award… and actually get past that award this time! Every time I’ve got close before, I’ve fallen back into old habits and ended up back at square one.
Not this time. 💪
I’m making a promise to myself to get back into surfing, for me. I’m going to be a little bit selfish with this one (yes, the mum guilt is real! ❤️), but surfing is a huge passion of mine and I absolutely love it.
My goal isn’t just to lose weight, it’s to become surf fit again. That means burpees, mountain climbers (which both absolutely suck! 😂), planks, press-ups, and plenty of running because I genuinely love it.
Here’s to building a stronger, healthier me, catching more waves, and proving to myself that I can stick with it this time. 🌊🏄♀️
