Don't forget that our Bereavement Cafe returns this Saturday at Castle Chambers Barnstaple!

A warm, welcoming space for families supported by FiG, these sessions are a chance to chat with our staff and volunteers and connect with others who have also been bereaved.

This month, we’ll be joined by FiG resident artist Jennie Cousins, who will be running a mini art workshop for both children and adults. This will offer a glimpse into the creative activities families experience during our “Say Their Name” art workshops, showcasing how painting and creativity can boost mental health and wellbeing.

A member of the local Citizens Advice will also be available to signpost families to practical support with bereavement-related matters.

Come and join us for a cuppa and a slice of Richard's amazing cake!
