This gentleman's front tooth had to be removed from previous trauma. A high smile line and bone loss made this case all the more difficult.
On the same day we removed the tooth, we placed an Implant and a temporary crown to start the process of soft tissue moulding. This ensured the client always had a tooth to smile with. 🦷
Whilst the bone and gums healed, we refined the Smile with and Composite bonding. Once the stage was set, managed to get a perfect match with the rest of the teeth by crafting a beautiful final Implant crown in Ceramic 💯
