Sometimes I just can’t get up,
Sometimes I just can’t sit down,
Sometimes all I can do is sleep,
Sometimes I can’t sleep at all.
Sometimes all I can do is eat,
Sometimes i just can’t stomach it.

Anxiety is a confusing condition that makes us fear the world and it’s weight. The one that makes you want to curl up in a ball but also feel incredibly guilty to do so.
