Firstly… THANK YOU! 🥹 We appreciate each and everyone of our clients 🩷
We are incredibly busy at the moment, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Most appointments are now booking around 2 weeks in advance, and we have waiting lists for many treatments.

If you know you can’t make your appointment, we’d really appreciate 24 hours’ notice where possible. It means we can offer your appointment to someone who’s been patiently waiting for one. 🩷

We completely understand that life happens (trust us, we get it! 😂), and we will always do everything we can to accommodate our lovely clients. If we can move appointments around or help, we absolutely will.

Unfortunately, missed appointments (no-shows) without notice will be charged at the full appointment cost. When an appointment is missed, it’s time that could have been offered to another client.

Thank you for understanding and for continuing to support our little clinic. Your kindness, loyalty and recommendations mean the absolute world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you through our doors. 🤍
