I’m pleased to announce that I PASSED the Pre Hospital Immediate Care in Sport course! 🕺

After a long and quite nerve-wracking day, I managed to put into practice everything I’ve learned so far. I’m grateful for the experience I’ve gained so far working with and ,and I’m excited to continue learning and developing! 💪🤩

🚨 NEW TREATMENT TECHNIQUE 🚨

As part of your treatment, you can now try instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM).

IASTM uses stainless steel tools to treat soft tissue restrictions and complaints 💪

Benefits of IASTM:
✔️ Increases blood flow
✔️ Mobilises fascia
✔️ Enhances tissue flexibility and joint range of motion
✔️ Reduces pain
✔️ Aids with tissue healing and regeneration

⏪ 2025 RECAP ⏪

Feels like this year has flown by. Here’s what I’ve been up to…

- Finished off the season with holker old boys AFC ⚽️
- Left my part time job and went full time in my clinic 📈
- Was sports therapist at Hindpool Tigers ARLFC 🏉🐯
- Learned dry cupping and dry needling 🪡
- Started with Barrow Raiders Ladies 🏉
- Helped loads of clients get through injuries and come out stronger 💪
- Got to watch the journeys of my clients who have been competing in all sorts of events and be part of their recovery 🏆

I want to thank every one of my clients for supporting me getting on my feet and sticking around along my journey. As well as my friends and family, and everyone who’s helped me along the way. I really appreciate you guys 🫶
