Mr Evans had been saying for a while that he really wanted to visit St Fagans, so we made it happen with the support of Sali 🥰

They had a lovely time exploring the grounds, enjoying the fresh air and taking in everything the National Museum has to offer ☀️🌳

Mrs Howell told Olivia how much she loves dogs and how much she wished she could see one. So we decided to go one step further… and brought a dog to her! 🥰🐶

And not just any dog… the very special Oscar, aka Kevin! 🐾

Mrs Howell was delighted to see him, and knowing it brought her happiness was so worthwhile ❤️

It’s moments like these that remind us that care is about so much more than completing a care call. It’s about listening to what matters to the individual, supporting their wellbeing and creating meaningful moments🌟

Today we celebrated two very special birthdays with two wonderful ladies💙

Mowly surprised both the birthday ladies with personalised birthday cushions, creating a keepsake to treasure 🎁✨

Claire supported Mrs Salisbury to enjoy a special fish and chips lunch at Barry Island 🐟🍟 making the day extra memorable with an outing in the fresh sea air centred around what she enjoys most.

It’s moments like these that promote wellbeing, and make every day meaningful 💙
