Many people leave a narcissistic relationship carrying far more than memories. Whether it was a parent, partner, friend, family member or colleague, the experience often leaves behind confusion, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, and a gradual loss of identity.

But what if the focus wasn't solely on the person?
What if there is a deeper pattern at play?

In this powerful and thought-provoking workshop, we move beyond labels and diagnoses to explore the Narcissistic Archetype, a timeless psychological pattern that has appeared throughout mythology, fairy tales, literature, dreams, and the collective unconscious for centuries. Thursday 19th November - 7pm to 9pm

Before we step into a new year and begin creating the vision for everything we want to manifest, it’s time to reflect and make space for what is about to come in.

This follow-up manifestation workshop is all about mentally, emotionally and (very) physically letting go of what is not serving you. It is about reclaiming your own personal power on what you want to carry forward.

In this workshop, we will take time to reflect on the past year, your experiences, emotions, beliefs, habits, expectations and stories that may have shaped you and your reality. Some we’ll want to keep. Others, we may be ready to leave firmly in the past.

Through guided reflection, journalling and a very (very) powerful symbolic release activity, you’ll have the opportunity to decide what you’re ready to let go of.

This isn’t about pretending the difficult things didn’t happen or erasing parts of your story. It’s about recognising that you no longer have to take everything with you into your next chapter.

We will also spend some time focusing on what we want to carry and bring out in the new year, the perfect preparation for our January Vision Board Workshop, where we’ll take those feelings, desires and intentions and turn them into a visual representation of the year you want to create.

Each person will then receive hands-on Reiki healing from one of our Reiki Masters, while another channels Reiki energy through the rhythm of the drum offering a powerful fusion of energy and sound healing.

The Alchemy Hub Women’s Circle is a safe, calm, welcoming space created for women who are seeking a moment to pause in a world that so often asks us to keep going.

Each month, we gather intentionally to step away from the noise of everyday life and into The Hubs space to be presence, find some compassion, and shared humility.

Together, we explore meaningful themes around womanhood, emotional wellbeing, boundaries, rest, growth, identity, and self-connection. These explorations unfold through gentle guidance, reflective prompts, journaling, grounding practices, and open conversation that are all held with care and respect.

This is not a space for fixing, forcing, advising, or performing. There is no pressure to speak, share personal details, or have anything “figured out.” Silence is welcome. Listening is honoured and tears are held as deep as our hugs.

You are invited to arrive exactly as you are whether that’s tired, curious, overwhelmed, healing, unsure, or quietly growing. All of you is welcome here. This circle is rooted in safety, consent, and choice, where personal boundaries are always respected and your pace is your own.

The intention of this space is simple yet powerful: to offer a sense of being held. Held by the circle, by shared presence, and by the reminder that you are not alone in your experience.
