What feeds your anxiety is not “thinking too much”.
It is quietly abandoning yourself.
You control yourself so you don’t bother anyone.
You adapt so you won’t be rejected.
You harden so you won’t be judged.
And you call that being strong.
But your body understands something else: danger.
Because when you disappear from yourself, you lose inner safety.
And without safety, the alarm turns on.
That is why anxiety comes back even when “everything is fine”.
It is not trying to ruin your life.
It is trying to protect you in the only way it learned.
Anxiety is a language.
I recorded a short video explaining the R.E.S.T. method and showing how to apply it in real life, without empty phrases and without performing healing.
