🌿 Mental Health Awareness Week 🌿

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to gently remind our community that grief doesn’t follow a timetable and no one should feel they have to face it alone.

Losing someone you love can affect every part of life, emotionally and mentally. It’s okay to have difficult days, to ask for support, and to speak openly about how you’re feeling. Checking in on friends, family, neighbours, and colleagues can make more difference than we often realise.

As funeral directors, we are privileged to support families through some of life’s hardest moments, and we see every day the importance of compassion, connection, and kindness.

If you are struggling, please know that support is available, and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. 💚

Our funeral director Ryan recently had the privilege of visiting the local Basingstoke Spiritualist Church where he waswarmly welcomed by the community. It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, listen, and share in a space dedicated to comfort, reflection, and spiritual support.

We’re always grateful to build relationships within our community and to better understand the different ways people find peace and guidance during difficult times.
