It’s been a journey of hard work, dedication, and plenty of sore muscles, but every challenge has been worth it. Pilates has not only strengthened my body but also deepened my understanding of movement, alignment, and how to help others feel their best.

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be teaching a Mat Pilates class every Thursday morning at 7:30 AM at Barnsgrove!
