June marks the month for Pride Month, an annual nationwide celebration to honour LGBTQ+ communities. Pride is about being able to show up as yourself - without having to explain or justify it.

We recognise that for many LGBTQ+ people, mental health support hasn’t always felt safe or accessible. We’re here to offer support that is inclusive, respectful, and free from judgement.

It was a pleasure running our wellbeing workshop earlier in the week for Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt here in Basingstoke.

Our aim is to help employees receive clear and practical information about mental health in a safe environment, as they are more likely to recognise any challenges early and seek the support they need. A huge thank you to our facilitator Sue for doing an amazing job!
