✨ Lesions That May Be Suitable for CryoPen Treatment ✨
CryoPen uses a precise jet of nitrous oxide to freeze and remove many benign skin lesions. Every lesion should be assessed by a qualified practitioner before treatment.
Common lesions that may be treated include:
• Skin tag – Soft, flesh-coloured growths commonly found on the neck, underarms, eyelids, and body folds.
• Common wart – Rough, raised lesions caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV).
• Seborrhoeic keratosis – Waxy, “stuck-on” brown or black growths that become more common with age.
• Cherry angioma – Small, bright red vascular spots that are harmless but can be removed for cosmetic reasons.
• Solar lentigo – Flat brown sun spots caused by long-term UV exposure.
• Actinic keratosis – Certain superficial sun-damaged lesions may be suitable, following appropriate clinical assessment.
• Plantar wart – Viral warts on the soles of the feet.
📍 Please note: Not every lesion is suitable for CryoPen treatment. Any suspicious, changing, bleeding, or irregular lesion should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional before cosmetic treatment.

✔️ We require written confirmation from your GP or dermatologist stating that the mole has been assessed and is benign and suitable for cosmetic removal.
Your safety is always our priority. Ensuring a mole is benign before considering removal helps protect your health and ensures you receive the most appropriate care.
