Mpowered Birth Let's get you, the birth that's right for you! I am here for you throughout your journey or just for part of it - whatever you need.

I can help you to feel empowered in your choices by providing antenatal education, emotional support and practical guidance. I understand first hand that pregnancy, birth and, maybe especially, the postnatal period can be a challenging and sometimes overwhelming ride. Having continuous support from someone you trust during this transition into parenthood has proven to improve outcomes for families. I am truly honoured to be welcomed into the magic of the birthing room or into the special baby bubble that follows.
