"The mind is powerful. And I think it might be even more powerful than many of us know…

Almost one year ago, I had my first hypnotherapy session. Which turned into a past life regression experience I will never forget.

It challenged my whole belief system. And until today, I am absolutely fascinated by what I experienced and still cannot put into words.

My Fitbit clearly showed that I was sleeping. While my body was shaking from the tears that I cried. I felt forever changed by this experience. And I am not the same since that day.

Yesterday, I had my second session. It was not as deep as my first one. But nonetheless powerful and fascinating.

Just like after my first session, I feel serene today. Calm. And light.

I would love to join a foundation hypnotherapy training led by my hypnotherapist who is also a trainer.

It will take place over two weekends in February and be followed by 6 months practical training. To make sure we can run the course, we need a few more participants.
