I qualified in the early to mid ‘90s and have been massaging on and off since. Trained in both classic Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy. I endeavor to exchange regularly with fellow therapists to maintain and develop my skill sets. My style can be either relaxing or invigorating, deep or not-so-deep, structured or free-form. I blend various traditional moves such as effleurage, petrissage, tapotem

ent, along with some Lomi Lomi and Thai type techniques that I've picked up as I've gone along thrown in for good measure. My core training is in Swedish Massage, but with my style being an eclectic blend of other styles so no two massages are identical, which I think is nice. I have an informal parred down, basic no frills, no starched uniform or tunic (more like Tee Shirt and joggers or shorts), no pseudoscience BS approach. I’m not a salon, just me, table or chair, warmed towels and oils and a bloody good massage....and I make a great cuppa. I'm Bath based and mainly offer a mobile service, either in your home, hotel, B&B or office. I offer a choice of:
Massage table or massage chair;
Coconut Oil, Grapeseed, Massage Wax. Aloe Vera if you prefer a water based lotion. I cover a 50 mile / 1 hr's drive from my location. Why book a mobile massage? You're at home and in your own space. You won't have the hassle of driving, parking, walking to and from the salon, driving home...undoing a great chunk of the work you went to have done in the first place. 1 - I DO NOT OFFER SPORTS MASSAGE. It is not a modality I have studied. Just my opinion but I think if you want a Sports Massage then book a Sports Physio.
2 - I DO NOT OFFER HOT STONE MASSAGE.
3 - What I DO offer is, hopefully, the best massage you've never had, tailored just for you.
4 - For mobile please supply your own towels and draping.
5 - Please don't ask me to contact you if you have no intention of responding. It wastes my time and I appreciate the mutual respect and common courtesy of a reply.
6 - Deep tissue can sometimes have delayed soreness for a few days afterwards. This is infrequent but quite normal.
7 - I never promise to deliver miracles but I do promise to deliver my best. Please note that some massages go well, some don't always go so well. There are no guarantees and you come to me entirely at your own risk.

I was leaving Warleigh Weir island after spending a pleasant couple of hours out there, doing my thing, clearing some litter and having conversations with some of the guests.

I had to shout at an Indian family who were taking photos of themselves on the railway line this afternoon. Short of telling them in no uncertain terms GET THE F**K OFF THE LINE....!!!!! I think they got the message. I said how fu***ng selfish they were.

Trains move along that line at around 70mph.. they're not going to be able to stop. The poor driver will probably never drive again if that happens. 😕 His career and family shattered..and the poor but so brave and heroic paramedics and British Transport Police clearing up the mess.. how many rail deaths do they attended? I was so angry and livid at them. It's not 'if' but 'when'. Only a matter of time before tragedy strikes in that department..

If I see it again I'll be making a Citizen's arrest for trespass on Network Rail property and calling the authorities. X

Hi everyone, I'm currently about to return to work within the MoD on Monday after a long absence due to mental health issues. First Episode Psychosis to be precise. I have been job searching as well, and it's been a long road back, with a lot of donkey work on my part.

I'm indebted and grateful beyond words to the many people, my wife and family, blended family, extended family in Wales and Spain who got me into hospital, Cwmbran Grange University Hospital, AWP in Swindon, NHS House Mental Health Trust Early Intervention Team plus the Therapists and my Work Search Support Worker within NHS House, Bath City Farm and Bath Shed, neighbours and friends in both in person and remotely on Social Media, especially friends and colleagues in the massage community for bringing me back.

On a personal note it, even though I'm a Contractor, it will feel like coming home.
