Another group of Leeds United FC staff completed their First Aid Training which was held at the Jack Charlton Suite. A Wonderful day with 15 staff put through their paces.

It is more and more apparent to learn Basic Life Support as the demands are increasing by the day.

Cardiac arrest can happen at any time, anywhere and to anyone. Be prepared and learn CPR and basic first aid skills. Basic Life Support skills is absolute important in the current climate.
Increase population, Ageing population and people with many medical conditions are just a few risk factors of increase chance of Cardiac arrest and the an immediate response of a 999 ambulance reaching the patient in the first few crucial minutes is not very likely.
