CANCELLATIONS POLICY

As many of you know, I am not very strict with my cancellation policy, but after a recent bout of late cancellations and non-attended appointments I unfortunately am going to have to be more firm with it.

Please remember, I am here to help, so please call, well before your appointment time if you know you can't make it. Adjustments can be made and appointments can be rearranged. My time sitting waiting for you can't be.

As a reminder, every patient who books in agrees to a cancellation policy.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are £10.
Non-attended appointments are charged 100% of the cost of the missed appointment.

From Monday 1st June, parking charges have been implemented at Bexhill Leisure Centre. As a visitor to the Leisure Centre we are exempt from all parking charges, just ensure you provide your registration plate to reception on arrival.
