I'm a qualified Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner who is passionate about helping people take time out from their busy lives to relax, reset and reconnect with themselves.
Through treatments, I support clients with their overall wellbeing, helping them create space for calm, balance and self-care.
Many people come to see me to simply relax, while others are looking to support their wellbeing alongside life's everyday challenges.
