As a Dementia Care Manager, you’ll oversee our specialist dementia community, leading a dedicated team of care assistants while working closely with nursing and residential care managers to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll use your expertise to guide your team, ensuring residents receive compassionate support that recognises the individual and supports them in living life to the full.
You’ll take responsibility for all aspects of resident care, including assessments, care planning, medication management, and safeguarding. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team - providing inductions, ongoing support, and identifying training needs - creating a positive and resilient care environment.
Working collaboratively, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards while building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
