Double the accreditation, double the reason to celebrate!

We’re incredibly proud of our Bicester and Witney Endoscopy teams, who have both achieved a ‘Pass on the Day’ following their five-year JAG accreditation assessments.

Achieving a pass on the day is an impressive result, and securing it across both sites makes this an extra-special achievement. The assessors were particularly impressed by the teams’ preparation and evidence, with fantastic feedback highlighting their superb ability to work together to deliver high-quality patient care.

A massive well done to everyone involved. What a result!

A European first — now supporting patients.
We’re incredibly proud to share that InHealth is now scanning patients using Europe’s first mobile Biograph Trinion PET-CT system from Siemens Healthineers.

Currently operating from Wrexham Maelor Hospital, part of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales, this exciting milestone brings together next-generation PET-CT technology and the flexibility of a mobile service - helping expand access to advanced cancer diagnostics and bring specialist imaging closer to patients.

PET-CT plays a vital role across the cancer pathway, from diagnosis and staging to treatment planning and monitoring. With technologies including FlowMotion and the AI-enabled myExam Companion, the Biograph Trinion is designed to support high-quality imaging, consistent workflows and efficient patient throughput.

This is another important step in our collaboration with Siemens Healthineers, and in InHealth’s commitment to innovative, flexible diagnostic services that help healthcare providers meet growing demand while improving access for patients.

September’s numbers are in – here’s a look at another busy month for our Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) service! 😊

▪️ 7,400 face-to-face appointments delivered

We were really pleased to support such an interesting panel discussion at the last week.

Our key takeaways from the session were:
🔵 Delaying the mobilisation of screening services has big consequences (delaying go live by just 2 days could result in 1 avoidable death)
🔵Simply telephoning repeat non-attenders has been shown to significantly increase uptake, versus increased text messages
🔵The stage-shift in cancer detection requires commissioners and clinicians alike to adopt a fresh approach to capacity planning
🔵The importance of easily accessible community screening venues to increase uptake - Community Diagnostic Centres and mobile units are ideal delivery models
