🔥 NEW SAUNA BOOKING STRUCTURE 🔥

We’ve absolutely loved welcoming so many of you into The Nest over the last two months! 💚

It’s been so lovely to hear how much people are enjoying the infrared heat and how good it’s making them feel. We’ve welcomed individuals, couples and groups of friends, and we’ve now got a much better feel for the different types of bookings you’re looking for.

So, we’ve updated our online booking system to make booking The Nest sauna even easier!

You can now book ALL sauna sessions online, choosing the number of people in your group:

✨ 1 person — £15
✨ 2 people — £30
✨ 3 people — £45
✨ 4 people — £60
✨ 5 people — £75
✨ 6 people — £90

Please make sure you select the correct number of people when booking.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Groups of 1–3 people
Sessions are 1 hour, plus an additional 15 minutes for getting changed.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Groups of 4–6 people
Sessions are 2 hours, plus an additional 15 minutes for getting changed.

Our infrared sauna has a maximum capacity of 3 people at a time, so for groups of 4–6, the additional time allows everyone to enjoy the sauna through rotational use, while still having plenty of time to relax and enjoy The Nest together.

Whether you’re coming for some much-needed solo relaxation, a cosy couple’s session or a catch-up with friends, we can’t wait to welcome you into The Nest. 🌿✨
