A small price update
From 1st May, my session fee, which has been £60 since 2023, will be increasing slightly to £65.
Before then, I’m offering the chance to purchase treatments at the current £60 rate, so if you’ve been meaning to book in, or would like to plan ahead, you’re very welcome to do so, just message me to arrange payment.
These can be used any time you book in the future if paid for before the start of May.

The light is growing and spring is gently arriving. February gifts us four weeks that are wonderful for fresh starts, new intentions, and taking care of our bodies as we reemerge after the long drawing in of winter.

Appointments still available for osteopathy, naturopathy, and emotions mentoring this week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I can also squeeze an extra one in tomorrow (Monday) at 8pm for the night owls.

Rob is available for osteopathy, naturopathy, emotions mentor life coaching, and herbalism on Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd, Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th, and Friday 2nd 10 am til 8 pm.

The calendar then reverts to normal with Rob available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 10 am til 8 pm.

A Michigan study showed a 24% increase in heart attacks the Monday (most common day for heart attacks) following the clocks going forward in spring and ‘losing’ an hour of sleep. In the autumn when the clocks went back and there was an ‘extra’ hour of sleep there was a 21% reduction too. A 45% swing in Monday heart attacks! It just shows how important getting good enough sleep is.

I’m looking forward to sharing some practical tips to help you sleep at our workshop 6 pm to 7:15 this Monday 31st in the Origin Osteo Clinic Beaumaris Anglesey.

Suggested donation of £5 or 10 in the jar to help towards costs, refreshments and sleep goody bags. Drop me a message if you’re coming and please share to any friends who might benefit from it.

Join me on Monday at the Origin Osteo Clinic in Beaumaris to learn simple, natural ways to support better sleep, because good sleep is foundational to all other aspects of health and so many struggle with it.

We’ll start at 6 pm for around an hour and a quarter. There’ll be some light refreshments and a goody bag to take home so let me know if you’d like to come. Pop a £5 or £10 donation in the jar to help run these workshops.
