Ok ok, so I know I said I don't brag about how fantastic our team are but clearly I can't be trusted based on our 98% from the PAMMS inspection post 🙌

However I am now going to brag about our fantastic relatives both past and present! Our reviews are brilliant and I know we should ask for more people to review us more often but honestly thats not usually our style. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Without the generosity of your kind words in our recent reviews we have managed to place FIRST in the Wirral area which is fantastic as there are so many homes working just as hard as us. But to be placed 23rd out of 1785 in the North West are has just blown us away! 🫶😘

As you know, I'm not one to brag about the team we have or the results we achieve as part of Safe Harbour Dementia Home 😉 but I've just got to...

As many of you are aware we were inspected by the Wirral council who are called PAMMS. We managed to achieve a 98% rating (missing out on 8 points out of a possible 354) we are pleased with the result and want to thank the whole team as well as the teams that were on both the Tuesday and Thursday whilst the inspection was being completed. So much goes on behind the scenes and we are so glad it has all pulled together. 🤗
