🦋 Help protect the UK's butterflies by taking part in the Big Butterfly Count!

The Big Butterfly Count is a nationwide citizen science survey organised by Butterfly Conservation, helping to monitor butterfly populations and the health of our natural environment.

Our memorial grounds are home to a wide variety of wildlife, including butterflies, bees, birds and other important pollinators. The green spaces and seasonal planting provide valuable habitats, making them peaceful places not only for remembrance and reflection, but also for nature to thrive.

If you're visiting us over the coming weeks, why not spend 15 minutes taking part in the Big Butterfly Count? Simply count the butterflies and day-flying moths you see and submit your sightings.

Every count, no matter how many (or how few!) you spot, helps support vital conservation work. So next time you visit, take a moment to look around - you might be surprised by the variety of wildlife that calls our grounds home 🦋🤍

Something small, with big meaning 🍂

Our bronze leaf plaques offer a beautiful and versatile way to remember someone special. They can be displayed within our memorial grounds or taken home to create a personal place of remembrance in a location that's meaningful to you.

They can be:

▫️An addition to an existing memorial garden or tribute.

As part of our private memorial garden options, we also offer family sized options that can be thoughtfully planned in advance 🤍

A family memorial garden can accommodate between four and six sets of ashes, providing a dedicated place where loved ones can be remembered together. If your family has different requirements, we're always happy to discuss these and will do our very best to help.

How does it work? 🌿

A family memorial garden can be reserved at any time, even if it isn't needed immediately. Once reserved the following happens:

💫 We prepare and reserve the garden for the number of ash interments requested.
💜 The space remains exclusively for your family until it is needed.
🕊️ Ashes can be interred as and when the time comes.
🌸 It provides lasting peace of mind, knowing loved ones can remain together in one beautiful place of remembrance, now and for future generations.
