Are you living with pain? Next date is the fourth Tuesday in May....

Do you live with a long-term pain condition that affects everything you do? Your sleep? Your mood? Your work? Your ability to get around and manage daily tasks? Your level of fitness?

If so, you are welcome to join the 'NEW' Live Well with Pain cafe peer support group, facilitated by Sue Crisfield and supported by Health Connections Mendip.

Its an opportunity to meet with others living with pain and see how we can positively support each other, learn new skills, practice self-management and regain a sense of wellbeing.

Programme🌟

Our popular Habits for Health programme is coming to The Key Centre in Frome!

This six‑week course will run every Tuesday from 21st April, 1:30pm to 3pm.

Delivered jointly by the Health Connectors at Frome Medical Practice and the Mendip PCN (including Beckington Family Practice, Mendip Country Practice, Oakhill Surgery, Grove House Surgery & Park Medical Practice and Evercreech Surgery), we’re working together to make this programme available to the whole community.
