Time for me to hang up my tape measure, put away my scales, and close my office door as I say goodbye to The 1:1 Diet. It's been an interested 7.5years where I've met some amazing people and I've thoroughly enjoyed helping people along their weight loss journeys, but now it's time to move on.
I do have a few bits of stock left if anyone wanted to grab the last few bits, but no more orders will be placed and this page will eventually get deleted.
