It’s a Tuesday! So you know what that mean! R&B Fitness were back once again

This time with ball bowling 🎳 & balloon badminton 🏸! Which the residents loved, it had them laughing and lunging in some friendly competition

We can’t thank these guys enough for what they do for our residents, Manny is amazing with them all and the residents love him just as much

Guinea Pigs, Rabbits and an Owl, Oh My!

Yesterday Saturday July 25th, Ark Farm Limited were kind enough to pay us a visit, brining along some of their soft and cuddly creatures for our residents to spend some time with.

These are just half of the photos we managed to grab of our residents, their families, staff and their own loved ones getting to enjoy an amazing afternoon, lead my Fraser from Ark Farm.

The visit was followed by some alcohol free wine, and a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as some cakes 🍰 and ice creams 🍦 courtesy of our amazing kitchen team.

Thank you to everyone on our team who made yesterday a day to remember ❤️

Monday 20th July was National Moon Day

So in order to celebrate we spent the afternoon crafting a moon shaped collage all about the moon and the iconic moon landings that have happened over the years

Our residents enjoyed looking out beyond our planet and the brave people who explored it, they had a lovely time going through images of the moon and what sits beyond

He gave a wonderful show for our lovely residents as a mid-week treat, serenading our lucky ladies and gents with a range of songs from the classics to a few more recent hits

On Saturday July 25th from 2:30 PM until approx 4:30 PM, Arc Farm will be bringing along some of their gorgeous animals to showcase within the home!

This event is welcome to all, so if you have a loved one staying with us, or are interested in the home, this is a perfect opportunity for all the family to come along for a lovely afternoon!

What an exhausting afternoon! But in the best possible way with Home.FitVitality

Rayner conducted an amazing afternoon session in our well air conditioned lounge, keeping our residents laughing while keeping them moving

Starting off with some gentle warmups to some Michael Jackson and onto a very intense game of balloon tennis, that would have the Wimbledon champions jealous!

We love our external practitioners like Rayner as she provides a warm and friendly outside face and brings a really amazing atmosphere to the home ❤️
