Running a business while managing a disability or neurodivergence isn't a test of endurance; it's about crafting a business that aligns with your unique strengths and challenges.

If your current systems drain your energy or make you question your capabilities, know that it's not you who is failing. It's the system that doesn't accommodate how you work best. You're not alone in this struggle.

Building accessible business practices isn't just about your clients; it's about giving yourself the relief of having space to thrive, rest, and still move forward. This could mean implementing flexible work hours, using assistive technologies, or creating a supportive work environment.

✨ When your processes reflect your needs, your creativity flows more easily.
✨ When your workspace feels safe and adaptable, your confidence grows.
✨ When you stop masking and start designing for yourself, your business becomes sustainable.

💡 That's what I help my clients do: create simple, accessible strategies that reduce overwhelm and bring clarity back to their workday.

If you're ready to create a business that respects your rhythm, let's talk. Comment 'ACCESSIBLE' or send me a DM to start the conversation.

Because you deserve a business that works with you, not against you.

Community changes everything.

When you find your people, those who see you, support you, and hold space for your messy middle, you not only feel lighter, but you also grow and understand yourself in ways you never thought possible.

Connection fuels courage. It helps us show up, try again, and keep going even when things get hard.

I see this every day in the spaces I create: when solo business owners come together to share their challenges, celebrate wins, and hold each other accountable, magic happens.

That's what I'm cultivating with the Accountability Room: it's not just about body doubling; it's a warm and supportive community where belonging, accessibility, and unwavering support meet action.

If you're a solo business owner seeking a space to grow with guidance, find accountability, and feel truly understood, follow me here and comment "COMMUNITY" below.

Because we all have the right to be part of something that feels like home. 💜

Becoming self-employed isn't about recreating the burnout cycle you were trying to escape.

Let's be honest: running your own business isn't always easy. We chase flexibility and freedom, but often struggle to align work with our actual needs.

Many of us quickly realise that reaching true flexibility is more challenging than we expected.

But we end up masking on calls, pushing through fatigue, and shaping our days by others’ standards.

You don’t have to pretend, match anyone’s pace, or hide your access needs. You can be taken seriously as you are.

Your needs are the strategy.

Build your business around your unique ways of working for true sustainability.

More ease.

More energy.

More alignment.

Imagine: What would change if your business were centred on your needs?

I'd love to hear how you've aligned your business with your needs or the challenges you've faced. Message me if you want to explore this together.

What if your business could finally work for you, not the other way around?

I support solo business owners as they navigate the unique challenges of their entrepreneurial journey.

✨ building something from scratch

✨ managing their energy, health, or fluctuating conditions

✨ juggling dreams and doctor appointments

✨ and still showing up for others, even when it costs them

Because I've been there too.

You want to grow something meaningful, but feel like the world just wasn't made for you.

👉 Maybe your brain works differently

👉 Maybe your body needs more breaks

👉 Maybe traditional systems leave you exhausted before you even begin

You're not "too much."

You're not "not enough."

You're a human being with real needs, and you deserve a business that not only acknowledges but also honours them.

That's where I step in to provide the personalised support you need.

We look at your tech, your routines, your support options (like Access to Work), and build from your reality rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Because inclusion shouldn't be an afterthought.

It should be the foundation on which everything else is built.

You can do this in your way, at your pace, with the proper support in place.

If this sounds like you, let's talk.

Struggling to stay focused when working solo? You're not alone.

You start with the best intentions.

But somehow, the time slips away.

Your to-do list stares back at you, still full.

And that guilt? It's not a part of this space. It's all about understanding and support here.

👉 Maybe your brain works differently, jumping from task to task before anything feels "done."
👉 Maybe your body is tired, and pacing is essential.
👉 Maybe you're just wired for co-working and need a gentle rhythm to keep going.

Welcome to the Accountability Room.

This is a unique place designed for real progress, where you can get things done with encouragement and a sense of belonging, no pressure, no shame, just understanding and genuine support that helps you thrive.

We meet online for 2-hour body doubling sessions. We start with a quick check-in, then work independently, knowing we're together. At the end, we reconnect and celebrate what we've accomplished, however that looks for everyone.

"productive time for my admin, which I know I'd struggle to do otherwise"

"It's like my brain calms down when I know someone else is here too."

"gives me space to do some of the things I wouldn't usually think about doing"

This space is perfect for:

🌱 ADHD and neurodivergent business owners
🌱 Anyone with chronic fatigue or fluctuating energy
🌱 Those who work better with gentle structure and compassionate accountability

Pull up a chair and join us in the next session. Sign up today, you're welcome here.

Every form of progress you make here is celebrated and respected because your productivity is not just welcome, it's vital to our community's collective growth.

Let's honour how you work best.

Sometimes, the difference between feeling stuck and making progress is simply showing up somewhere with support.

Not pushing harder. Not trying to force motivation. Just having a space where you can arrive as you are, take a breath, and gently begin.

The Accountability Room gives you that space.

A calm, focused environment where you can settle your thoughts, choose one task at a time, and move through it alongside others who are doing the same.

There’s something powerful about not being alone in it, about seeing others' focus, even quietly, and finding your own rhythm in that shared energy.

No pressure. No expectations. No judgment about how much you do or don’t get done.

Just progress, one step at a time, in a way that feels more manageable.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like everything is sitting just out of reach, you don’t have to carry that feeling on your own.

If you’d like to try it, comment ‘ACCOUNTABILITY’ and I’ll be in touch.

If your energy is scattered, motivation is low, or focus slipping, you’re not alone.

And you don’t necessarily need a brand new productivity system to fix it.

Sometimes you need a place where starting feels easier.

The Accountability Room is a focused working space that offers gentle structure, real-time encouragement, and a shared sense of progress. Bring your tasks, your goals, or even your “I don’t know where to start” list and work alongside others doing the same.

You’ll find quiet momentum, supportive peers, and a no-pressure environment just for getting started and keeping going.

If you’re ready to transform your productivity and finally make progress, comment ‘ACCOUNTABILITY’ below to join us in the Accountability Room and get started.
