If you've already completed Reiki Level 1 and you've been feeling the nudge to go deeper, this might be your sign.

Reiki Level 2 is where your practice really begins to grow. You'll deepen your connection with Reiki, learn to work with the sacred symbols, explore distance healing, and gain the confidence to treat others at practitioner level.

I keep my courses intentionally small, so you will receive plenty of individual guidance, time to practise, and space to ask questions.

Another fabulous day training in the cabin.... Hands Free Massage today... As always, I've forgotten to take photos during, so here we have the aftermath!

Our hands free massage day is a post graduate training, designed for already qualified professional therapists who want to add another layer to their skillset... We teach some flowing hands free, some Lomilomi along with some deep tissue moves... Perfect for those who want to add more pressure but still keep it holistic... We also teach body posture - this one is all about saving your hands and thumbs

The next training day for this is the 16th June, and I have one place available (we only teach one to one or two to one, so you get individual attention)

One Place Left on my Hawaiian-style Lomi Lomi Massage Training 🌺🌊

a course I don’t run very often and one that is only open to experienced therapists.

Lomi Lomi is a deeply spiritual and flowing massage modality, rooted in presence, rhythm and connection.
It’s often described as a moving meditation, long, flowing strokes, intuitive touch, and a deep respect for the body as a whole.

This training is ideal for therapists who:
• Already have a solid foundation in bodywork
• Want to deepen their intuitive and energetic practice
• Feel called to work in a more embodied, heart-led way of working

This isn’t about adding “another technique”, it’s about learning a modality that can profoundly shift how you work and feel as a therapist.

✨New for 2026 - Strong Saturdays!✨

I've got some exciting news about a new weekly online class I'm starting on Saturday 21st February

Qigong for Strength ... It'll be a much more challenging class, involving a mix of Qigong, some functional Tai Chi moves, and some strength building Callisthenics like push ups and squats.

There will be adaptations for all levels, so a wall or box push up, or going for it with full push ups if that's your thing - and always the option to not do a move that doesn't feel right for your body.

It's a 45 minute class, beginning at 10.15am £6.
Do let me know if you'd like to give it a go.

It was an absolute privilege to welcome these lovely ladies from the into the cabin this month to share our cancer care massage training with them.

Everyone who works within the hospice setting does such amazing, heart led work. Having volunteered in hospice myself, I know how invaluable this course is in giving confidence to offer compassionate, loving, therapeutic care for the patients and their families.

What makes our course different is that it's not just about rolling out a standardised samey course, 'learning another routine', or selling / endorsing products... it's about sharing practical skills to the already very qualified and experienced therapists, and aiming the day at exactly what they need to get from it.
❤️ It's about having models who have been through the journey themselves and who are willing and brave enough to openly share their experiences knowing that it will help others ❤️ (a huge thank you to all our models 🙏🏼 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️)

Whether you are a therapist in a private practice, or working within a hospice or hospital setting, this training will deliver practical skills and knowledge to help you support those going through the cancer journey.

As we step into Winter, we begin the deep inner work, the shadow work... This is how we grow through the seasons and evolve into better versions of ourselves, by facing and tackling the darker aspects of life.

Death is one of those ever present but taboo subjects.

This season come and step through the veil and learn the wisdom of our Grandmother's, starting with;

End of life skills workshop - 2/12/25;
A 4 hour immersion and insurable course covering all the deep subjects on how and where we die, what dying actually looks like, how to support someone at the end of life, and so much more... Now with the inclusion of new material dealing with grief.

The Death Café - 14/12/25;
Held by at our friend 's new cafe Brew and Renew in Sandy, Bedfordshire. A safe non judgemental space where we can come together as a small group over delicious tea and cake (yes, there is coffee too ☕😊) and talk about our experiences of death, grief and loss...no agenda, no pressure. FREE (refreshments are not free, but you will be supporting a new small independent business by buying a drink)

Far from being sad and morbid, these events are empowering, uplifting and healing.💞

Hekate is the keeper of ancient knowledge, herbs and magic, and is one of my psychopomp guides, helping lost souls to pass over. 🌕🌑🖤🗝️🐺🌌🧙‍♀️✨

So proud to deliver this course yesterday to two amazing therapists..the cancer care massage training is one that is very close to my heart...written by my dear friend and mentor Susan with collaboration and additions (very minor) by me... This course is not 'just another routine'.... It's delivered bespoke, as it's for already established and confident therapists. It aims to give an understanding and practical tools to support clients on their cancer journey...it's tailored so you get what you need for your clients.

This course is also excellent for those who work within hospice organisations (a full body massage qualification and experience is needed before being eligible for this training)

Listed on the FHT's short course website and sited as "one of the most comprehensive cancer care courses" they've seen, I feel what makes it more special is our models...who are carefully chosen because of their own personal experiences with cancer, they give a unique perspective that cannot be found in books and routines!
