Hi, I’m Ben qualified massage therapist, personal trainer and nutritionist.

I have been qualified and doing massage and personal training for the past 16 years, for small list of clients whilst pursuing other careers. However now, I have decided it’s time to do something I am passionate about. Which is helping people.

Over the years I have improved and perfected my techniques, increased my knowledge, and built a number of ways I can help through massage, exercise, rehab, stretching and nutrition.
