This session takes place under the Gaelic festival of Lughnasadh, to celebrate the first harvest.
It’s an great time to connect, honour what you’ve worked for and harvest the progress you’ve already made this year.

Both sessions were really lovely. Gentle, grounding and quite clearing.

Join me for a guided meditation to activate and open your third eye chakra and release parts of your energy.

This session is timed with Mercury retrograde ending and also Neptune’s retrograde. Period that naturally softens the boundary conscious mind and deeper perception, making it excellent time for this kind of work.

✨First we’ll start with a meditation to open our 3rd Eye Chakra and connect with our intuition.
✨Second meditation to release our energy from old targets and goals we didn’t get to complete and they are still draining our energy.

Yesterday’s sound baths at The Place Theatre were very special. They were very clearing yet very gentle. Thank you to everyone that came and shared that space.

What am I reading now?
• Kenneth Meadow’s Medicine Way. Has a wealth of knowledge around shamanism, the directions/elements and always use it as inspiration for my intention behind my sound baths.
• Theta Healing and how to attract a Soul Mate. Just finished it and I will do the exercises. Since a lot of clients come to me because they want to attract a soul mate, I felt it was needed of me to go through the whole soul mate concept in a very systematic way. Excellent read that clarifies a lot around soul mates, attraction, s*x and relationships and their energetic aspect but likely to appeal more to Theta Healers.
• Journey of Souls was a recommendation and I will start it tonight. Seems very interesting and my kind of thing.
As they say so many books, so little time!
