Not all equine therapy certifications are created equal.

Meet the Team! Daisy!

Daisy is a much-loved mini Shetland, born in 2011. After enjoying her early days in Pony Club, she has found a new and rewarding purpose working alongside her best friend, Velvet, in our equine-assisted therapy sessions.

Daisy brings a calm, thoughtful energy to the team. As her confidence grows, she forms lovely connections with the children, responding beautifully to gentle interaction and shared moments. Daisy truly shines—she adores cuddles and having a fuss made of her, often creating quiet, comforting moments that help children feel safe, relaxed, and supported.

Her gentle presence plays an important part in our equine therapy work, helping nurture confidence, trust, and emotional wellbeing in a very natural and reassuring way.

Meet the Team! Velvet!

Velvet was born in 2012 and is a shetland pony. She joined our team in 2022 and has proved to be invaluable, especially when working with younger children.

Having a smaller member of our team allows us to cater for even the most cautious and nervous individuals as her size is far less intimidating for little people.
