However it’s a picture of me on my mat to say I’m making a slow return to teaching through Jan.
is back 7pm Monday 5th Jan and 5.15pm Weds 7th Jan.

With for carers yoga and relaxation 1.15pm Weds 7th Jan

November has seen very little yoga teaching, but a photo of pure relief.

Finally after 5 years of battling with doctors, 2 emergency surgeries and countless a&e visits I had an operation to remove my fibroids.
Because I was gaslit for years by doctors there were 6 (plus additional ovarian cysts) fibroids including a “giant” one at +14cm close to causing organ damage meaning I had to have an open surgery leading to a significant recovery time.
I’m recovering well and I really appreciate all the businesses/schools and individuals I work with for being so supportive and giving me the time and space to recover, it means so much.
I’m hoping to pop into venues over the next couple weeks and already excited to plan for the new year.

For anyone going through long term heath issues and the fight to get help, I know it’s exhausting but don’t give up you deserve help and to be listened to.
