Based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. I like to work with our mind and body connection, including trauma and grief.

I can’t tell you the whole of my life story here… but I have come out smiling… how mad that something so horrific that happened to me… sent me into deep depression, losing myself and seeking something more from life. It started with finding a volunteering role as a befriender for people with dementia, their friends or family… into seeking training. 4 years of counselling training and a healing journey of self discovery. It feels a million miles from my little florist shop- but to say I’m grateful for such a horrific, violation seems crazy to say- but it literally changed my life path and has led me to where I am, and for my life path I am grateful.
