Had a gorgeous moment this week when we realised we were making up our 50th batch of Tri-Elixir!

Bursting with botanicals and infusing the air with geranium, rosemary and Petitgrain as we blended, it was a lovely chance to feel deeply grateful to all of you who continue to buy the Tri-Elixir.

How was July for you? It was a gorgeous month at Neve! Loved meeting lots of you at some gorgeous markets this month. We had a fabulous time on our wellness day in North Yorkshire too.

As the school holidays begin we’ve been busy with our number one roles - as mums! Lots of days in the sunshine making memories 🥰

My 3 go to essential oils:

Vetiver: earthy, woody and deeply grounding. This oil literally makes my body soften and relax. I turn to Vetiver at the end of a busy day when I need to shut off from work and start winding down for the evening. We use in the winter body oil which is all about rest and cocooning.

Try blending with orange, patchouli and ylang ylang.

Geranium: soft, sweet and floral. I turn to geranium when I’m feeling irritable or a little emotional. It blends beautifully with sweet orange, lavender or herbaceous scents like marjoram and clary sage.

Rosemary: fresh and green. I love rosemary when I’m feeling sluggish and need a little energising kick. It’s great for memory and focus so I’ll often use it through the day when I’m working. I love to blend rosemary with peppermint and lavender (particularly if I’m feeling headachy) or with lemon and geranium for a little mood boost.

For all of these blends I tend to add them to my little diffuser so I can enjoy the scent around my home. I’d love to know if you try any of these, which essential oils do you love?

Just back from a beautiful pop up wellness day with Hannah . We enjoyed such a beautiful setting in North Yorkshire and had a day filled with deep relaxation and time to really restore!

Laura set up the bell tent on the paddock and our guests enjoyed facials throughout the day with the sound of the stream bubbling past.

Sarah set up a little stall of our award winning products and did herbal tea making sessions.

Hannah was a wonderful host preparing lots of delicious food and keeping everyone hydrated throughout the day. Guests could also enjoy a river dip and sauna in Hannah’s beautiful garden!

But the real beauty of the day was the chance to slow down and enjoy the sisterhood that comes when women gather and support each other. We talked skin, health, hormones, herbs, nourishing ourselves as weage, we talked motherhood, love and loss and the challenges and privileges we enjoy in our lives.

Lots of rest, lots for the soul, lots to be grateful for.

Thank you to everyone that came along and a huge thank you to Hannah for hosting this wonderful day.
