"Mum is very content and regularly comments on how well she is cared for. The management, carers, cleaners and District nursing teams are all professional, friendly, caring and considerate. If we ever have any questions or requests, the team respond quickly and openly.
We have large family gatherings for Christmas and special occasions that are accomodated really well.
Overall the cleanliness is good and Mum enjoys the food. The Chamberlain Court team also arrange regular trips and activities...Mum particularly enjoys the art sessions.
Having a hairdresser on site is a good way to ensure residents can regularly have a hair cut or perm, and this is arranged and managed well"
