Tonight, Mens Minds Matter NI will reconvene after our short break over July. Tonight their will be in activities in the Tullycarnet community center as we make the short journey to our friends at Dundonald Bowls Club, where we will be engaging in friendly lawn bowls games . All are welcome to participate and enjoy hot supper and cold refreshments. Please feel free to contact our page if you would like to come along and enjoy some great company with a little fun as we reconcomance our programmes for the months ahead.

Come and be part of our incredible journey, where we have an amazing Arts & crafts project planned, featuring stunning landscape and silk painting 🎨, thanks to the wonderful East Belfast Community Development Agency. Mens Minds Matter NI will operate as scheduled this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm. We invite you to join us for an enjoyable evening with like-minded individuals. This evening's programme will deviate from our previously planned outing. Instead, we will utilise the community centre's facilities to engage in our new indoor curling game and indoor bowls activities. Mens Minds Matter NI will resume its activities this evening at Tullycarnet Community Centre from 7pm. You are welcome to join us as we continueour journey. Our itinerary for the evening, made possible by East Belfast Community Development Agency, includes a workshop on crafting garden planters and a round of indoor bowls. We will wrap up the evening with our first barbecue of the year, weather permitting, thanks to the generosity of Jamie Irvine and Belfast City Council. This evening at 7pm, Mens Minds Matter NI will resume its activities at Tullycarnet Community Centre. The event is open to all men over 30, and we encourage you to join our members for a cup of tea or coffee and some friendly company. Tonight's programme includes indoor bowling, facilitated by a bowling mat donated by Dundonald Bowls Club, in addition to our usual activities such as pool, arts and crafts, and live sports on television. To wrap up the evening, Hot pizza's will be provided, courtesy of Pizza-co Belfast and the ongoing support of Jamie Irvine and Belfast City Council. It's Friday which means Mens Minds Matter NI is back with a little difference this evening.

Our group will split tonight with some off the guys heading to crazy pool at ScrapYard Golf thanks to East Belfast Community Development Agency for arranging this evenings programme.

The centre will remain open as normal with all our usual activities including pool and darts with some Arts&crafts for anyone wishing to come along and and have some crac!!

With a light supper for all.

We have added our groups itinerary for the month off May for anyone that would like to come along and join us for any of our programmes.

Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.

Tonight we will be having some great activities in the centre, botcha, pool competition. And darts competition. Also we will have live football on the television.
Finally finishing off our evening with a hot supper for all.

Why not drop in and have a chat and a cuppa with some off our amazing guys.
