One of the most common things I hear people say to me is, "You're flat out."

Don't let social media posts fool you.

The truth is, I have a great work life balance. I worked a few hours on Saturday and Sunday, so I took Monday off. Today I'm only working for a couple of hours this evening. Tomorrow I have two meetings, and the rest of the day is my own. I'm working all day Friday, then I'm off again for the weekend.

When I started this business six years ago, my goal was simple: freedom and flexibility. I wanted to work when I chose to work. Although I'd run a business before, it was in hospitality, and I always needed to be there managing staff.

Today is a rest day. No gym. No rushing around. Just enjoying the peace, putting my feet up, and taking time to recharge.

Remember, we work to live. We're not here to spend our lives working crazy hours while life passes us by.

Work smarter, not harder.

Success isn't having every hour filled. Success is having the freedom to choose how you spend your time.
And for me, that's exactly why I started this journey six years ago
