Terms and Conditions for MediCare Social Media Competitions/Giveaways
- The Giveaway will run at the discretion of MediCare Pharmacy Group.
- Entry is only valid from and between those dates as identified on the post.
- Giveaway entries are collected and submitted through the relevant platform only.
-Entrants must follow the directions stated directly in the social media post for valid entry into
the giveaway.
- Entrants must reside in Northern Ireland and be able to collect your prize to enter
- The winner will be selected at random by an independent party.
- The winner will be announced as directed on the post.
- The winner will be contacted as outlined in the post.
- The winner must respond within 48hrs to accept the prize. If the prize is not claimed within the time limit an alternate prize winner will be selected from the eligible entries.
- Entrants permit MediCare Pharmacy Group the right to use and publish their full name, online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the Giveaway.
- Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for MediCare and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
- Entrants must be 16 years old or over
- Members of MediCare Pharmacy Group employees, their families and retailers are not permitted to enter the competition.
