Acupuncture and tuina are holistic therapies which aim to treat the whole person and help to promote the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Acupuncture has been shown to be beneficial for a wide range of conditions including back or shoulder pain, sports injuries, IBS, insomnia, stress and anxiety,
menstrual and menopausal problems, headaches, hypertension and many other conditions. I also of

fer Tuina - Chinese medical massage - for back, shoulder, knee pain, headaches, insomnia, stress. Ireland with an advanced Diploma in Tuina and on the UK Register of practitioners. I am a graduate in traditional Chinese acupuncture and naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Dublin. I have studied and practised the Chinese exercise systems of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong for nearly 30 years, and am a registered instructor with the British Council of Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA)
